PRIVACY
DUORYA is a small studio in South Florida. We collect very little, we do not sell any of it, and this page says plainly what we keep and why.
WHO WE ARE
DUORYA LLC, a Florida limited liability company, runs duorya.com and the concept pages that live under it. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to hello@duorya.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Enquiries. When you fill in a form on our site, we receive what you type: your name, company, role, email, phone if you add it, your message and, where the form asks, details about your project and when you plan to launch. We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from a link we shared, the tag on that link, so we know which of our posts or emails brought you.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation in our mailbox like any business would.
Site usage. We run no analytics on duorya.com today. If we add them, we will use a tool that sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites, and this page will say so.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not buy data about you from anyone, and we do not ask for anything we do not need.
HOW WE USE IT
To answer you, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, to keep a record of a project while it is running, and to understand which parts of our site people actually look at. That is the whole list. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
WHERE IT LIVES
Enquiries reach us by email, which runs on Google Workspace; the site keeps no database of its own. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both companies process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and neither may use it for their own purposes.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONNECTED PLATFORMS
We post on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. If you message us there, that platform's privacy policy governs what it does with your data, and we see only what you send us.
Where we connect one of our own accounts to a platform's tools, for example to publish and manage DUORYA's posts on LinkedIn, we use that access only to publish and manage our own content. We do not collect, store or analyse other people's data through those tools, and we do not share anything we receive from a platform with anyone else.
COOKIES
duorya.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If a page needs to remember something for you while you are on it, such as a form you started, that is stored in your browser only and never sent to us.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Enquiries stay in our records while there is a live conversation or a chance we will work together, and for up to two years after our last contact. Records of work we have done for you are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Analytics are aggregated and hold nothing that identifies you.
YOUR CHOICES
Email hello@duorya.com and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
UNDER 18
Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
CHANGES
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing here will ever change what we do with information you have already given us without us telling you first.
